Meeting and conference rooms

Rugeley Community Centre has meeting and conference rooms available for hire by the hour to organisations serving the local community. With on-site parking, full disabled access and proximity to bus and railway stations, the Centre is an ideal venue for many events.

The available rooms are suitable for a wide range of meeting, seminar and training events and with a choice of seating arrangements and tables can be configured to suit your specific needs. Providing it is requested at the time of booking, we can supply a hearing loop.

There is guest wi-fi throughout the building for the use of hirers. We are also able to provide refreshments at additional cost if required.


Brereton room

Brereton

The Brereton room is ideal for meetings that would benefit from a circular table and comfortable seating.

Measuring just over 4m by 4m, it can accommodate a maximum of 12 people but more usually 6-10.

A ceiling mounted data projector is available for use in any activities that involve training or presentations.


Talbot room

Talbot

The Talbot room is suitable for meetings or smaller training events and can be arranged with different seating and tables to suit.

Measuring just over 3.8m by 3.5m, it can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.


Peatree room lecture style

Peartree

The Peartree room is suitable for larger meetings and training events and comes equipped with data and video projection facilities.

The room can be arranged with different seating and tables to suit the style of event.

Measuring just over 9.2m by 4.8m, it can accommodate a maximum of 50 people in lecture style and up to 24 when set out with tables.

Sports Hall

The Sports Hall at Rugeley Community Centre can be hired by the hour. It is presently marked out for five-a-side football, basketball and three badminton courts. It measures 30m by 18m.

Sports Hall

Should you need to organise a large meeting in the area, then the Sports Hall can be arranged to seat over 300. Note that the on-site parking may not be sufficient to serve this number and use of the nearby public car parks would be necessary.
